Requirement
- Degree holder, Business related major. - Over 2 years customer service experience - Knowledge of ISO and working experience in Multi National Company is an advantage. - Good command of spoken & written English is MUST - Good computer knowledge in Words, Excel and PowerPoint
Responsibility
- Effectively managing the daily CS operations - To provide support for sales, branch offices and dealers - To communicate with both internal departments and handle complaints from customers - Prepare reports, handle ad hoc projects - To study the workflow enhancement to improve with efficiency.
